Engraving

With the exception of medals, all prices quoted within this site include inscription engraving. Please visit the engraving page for full details.

Orders can be placed on line, through our secure server, or by phone; fax; or email.

Delivery Times

Most orders will normally be engraved and despatched within 5-7 working days of order placement. This does not apply to special commissions.

If you require the goods in a shorter time frame than that specified above then please contact us prior to ordering.


Shipping Details

Shipment within the UK:

All orders are despatched either by overnight courier or by Royal Mail special delivery and as such a signature will be required upon receipt. When you come to process your order a standard shipping charge of £8.20 is displayed, this applies to orders up to 10kgs. For orders in excess of 10kgs shipping weight there will be an additional charge of 25 pence for each extra kilogramme. Any additional charge for carriage wil not be reflected on the order screen but will appear on your hard copy invoice.

Shipment outside the UK:

If you require shipping to a country other than the U.K. then please contact us prior to ordering.


Terms and Conditions

  1. For non account customers, orders will not be despatched until payment has cleared in full. For account customers our terms are nett 7 days from date of invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at the rate of 2%, or £10, per month whichever is the greater.
  2. Title, legal or beneficial, to any goods supplied by us, does not pass to the customer until payment has been made in full.
  3. Shortages or breakages must be notified within 3 working days of delivery. All damaged goods are to be returned to us.
  4. Returns will be accepted up to 10 days from delivery, and refunds will be given on items that have not been personalised in such a way that they cannot be resold. Any engraving that was performed will still be charged at the quoted rate (see engraving page). Postage charges for returns will be at the customers expense.
  5. Whilst every effort is made to meet delivery requirements, time shall not be of the essence unless specifically agreed at the time of order.
  6. Placing an order denotes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, unless specific exceptions are noted and agreed.
  7. All sizes and capacities are approximations.
  8. All prices quoted include VAT @ 15%.
